Greenhouse’s director of diversity, equity and inclusion, Jamie Adasi, believes that businesses have more to do in creating fairer working environments.

Speaking to Silicon Republic editor Elaine Burke at Future Human 2020, Jamie Adasi of Greenhouse discussed building fairer workplaces and making sure there are more voices at the table.

She highlighted frameworks that can help businesses work towards better equity strategies, such as Deloitte’s six traits of inclusive leadership and Dr Robert Livingston’s PRESS model.

Adasi also discussed harnessing the opportunities brought by challenges. As the pandemic continues, for example, she advised companies to take this time to pause and reflect on their equity efforts.
