Despite the job opportunities available in the tech world, there is always going to be competition when it comes to actually acing a job interview. spoke to Triona Geraghty, the deputy HR director at Aon, about what makes a candidate stand out for her.

“My advice would be for candidates to think about real-life examples from their past experience,” she said.

It’s important to think about situations that you made a real impact or delivered a tangible solution, and really bring that to life in a job interview.
