Liberty IT in Dublin intends to have more than 100 people employed by the end of the year.
Felim O’Donnell, Liberty IT’s head of operations in Dublin, said that the company is seeking those with a passion for technology.
“I’m really looking at somebody who doesn’t just follow a process, but they actually ask why they’re doing the things that they’re doing and they’re constantly trying to learn and improve, not just for themselves, but for the people around them,” he said.
O’Donnell said that Liberty IT has a heavy focus on agile ways of working. “If you have an interest in that, I think Liberty IT is a great place to work.”
