Graduates are a lot like flowers – if you provide them with fertile ground in which to root, they will truly blossom.

Those first few years after graduation can be really vital and formative. It will be in these years that you first start to build your professional identity, develop habits and learn lessons, both the easy way and the hard way.

We went down to Mastercard in Dublin to speak to Shauna Naughton and Kingsley Chimezie, both graduate software engineers who got their start with the company. We heard about how they benefited from the graduate programme and why it compelled them to stay with the payments giant and continue to grow their careers there.
