Maureen Taylor, CEO and co-founder of SNP Communications, has a special word for the individual skills we all possess: ‘scoops’.

Returning to the Inspirefest stage, she told the audience that we each are blessed with three unique talents that can help make us a better leader.

Hers, for example, include being a “nauseating optimist” and caring about other people’s personal stories.

Once you establish these skills, you can move on to battling insecurity, balancing humility with confidence and being courageous.
