It’s clear that having a good company culture will encourage employee retention and maintain strong motivation. Not only that, but feeling comfortable being yourself at work also drives a good business.

Glenn Cahill, vice-president of commercial EMEA at New Relic, said that authenticity is vital. “I think it’s really important for people to bring 100pc of their personal energy and their passion for technology and business to the workplace,” he said.
