In September 2015, Accenture announced that it would be hiring 200 people at its Irish operations as part of a €25m investment into a new centre for innovation in Dublin. Driving the new development is Julie Spillane
Located in 7 Hanover Quay in Silicon Docks, Accenture’s new Centre for Innovation will be unlike anything else Accenture has ever created and, according to Julie Spillane, director of the centre, even the employees will have a hand in designing the modular facility.
The centre will include a new Accenture Technology Lab that will focus on identifying and scaling innovative solutions based on new and emerging technologies.
Dublin is the newest location in Accenture’s global network of technology labs, which includes San Jose, California and Washington DC in the US; Sophia Antipolis, France; Beijing, China, and Bangalore, India.
