EY’s Enda Daly discusses what the company is looking for in new tech hires and what sort of roles are on offer.
According to Enda Daly, experienced hire recruitment manager at EY Ireland, the company is hiring for a range of technology roles as the business shifts in a more tech-focused direction.
He said that his team is hiring “across a broad spectrum of talent” for positions in a number of fields, from intelligent automation and cloud solution to cybersecurity and analytics.
The best candidates to fill those roles, Daly added, will have “a good skills base” and an “appetite for learning”.
