At its Dublin office, global communications company Viasat is focusing on software development for its in-flight entertainment products.

But what’s it like to work there? For principal front-end engineer Breffni Murdoch, a typical day involves utilising tools such as Slack to check in with “remote developers and feature teams in the US”.

“I really enjoy working and collaborating with the international teams,” he said. “There’s a good collection of strong, intelligent, smart people to work with.”
