People are at the centre of Globoforce’s culture, and we headed down to its Dublin office to learn what companies can do to improve employee experience.
Globoforce is a multinational firm that specifically works with companies to make their workplaces more human through products, applications and solutions.
Recruitment specialist Louise Ryan said that Globoforce’s culture is all about people because its product is all about people.
“It’s just like a glue,” she said. “We all just get to know each other and we’re there in the good times and the bad.”
She said that culture of helping each other out is what she loves most about working at Globoforce.
