In our second episode, we spoke to Zimmer Biomet’s Cian Kelly, who has risen quickly through the ranks in the last 10 years to his current role as associate director of operational excellence (OpEx)
Kelly spoke about the rewarding work they do around creating knee and hip implants at the Galway site.
“Everybody knows someone who has a knee implant [or a] hip implant. When I come into work, that translates into how I go about my work, in terms of quality, in terms of making things better for our customers,” he said. “I think finding something you can connect with is really, really important.
