Looking for staff in the big data arena, predictive analytics, metric supporting and modelling and more, Pramerica’s Letterkenny, Co Donegal, facility currently employs 1,200 people.
Offering significant scope for career progression, Pramerica is celebrating its 15th year in Ireland in June, with up to 30pc of Letterkenny staff either working remotely or enjoying variable start times.
As Mimnagh explains, “We encourage employees to own their career and their one to ones. You must know where you want to go, what achievements you make.
“More and more these days, it’s becoming important to have more than one skill. So, for example, in actuary we look for programming experience. Likewise in project management, of course you need to be strong in that field, but maybe your second skill should be IT.”
