Stephen Ennis has been appointed to the board of Horizon Open Systems as technical director. He joins the board following seven years with the company having successfully managed its services and technology business units. Ennis has worked in the IT industry for almost 17 years and has a decade of international IT experience gained in London and New York. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from University College Dublin.
