QMS Software has appointed Andrew Smith software developer. He is part of the development team responsible for developing the Ulysses product using .Net technologies. Previously Smith worked with Qubos and was responsible for research and development of handheld applications and also was a lead developer for an animal testing handheld application for the Department of Agriculture. Previous to that he worked for CR2 as a C++ developer on the main CR2 channel banking solution. Smith holds a BSc in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
