Dara Mullen has been appointed delivery director with IT Alliance. She joins the IT company from Critical Path where she worked for 14 years. Mullen held the position of vice-president, global customer and technical support in Critical Path, where she managed the worldwide support organisation, grew the business year on year and led the team through various company re-organisations. Prior to this she worked with AME where she worked in operations, service, sales and marketing. She has more than 15 years of experience in the IT sector and she holds an agricultural science degree from University College Dublin.
