Conor O’Neill has been appointed CEO of Delta Index. An actuary, O’Neill was formerly a founding director of actuarial consultants, Life Strategies. Delta Index (www.deltaindex.com) allows people to bet on the movement up or down of shares, stock Market indices or currencies. O’Neill holds a Mathematics and Statistics degree from UCC and an MBA from the UCD Graduate School of Business where his thesis was a study of the UK financial spread betting industry.
