Denise Hannigan has been appointed head of IT at Delta Index, an Irish specialist financial spread betting company. She joins from Dolmen Securities where she was IT manager for four and half years. She also spent a year in Eircom.net as a business analyst (on an eMarketplace initiative). Previously she spent three years working in Bank of Ireland. Hannigan holds a degree in International Commerce from UCD and MBS (in MIS) from the Smurfit Graduate School. Delta Index (www.deltaindex.ie) allows people to bet on the movement up or down of shares, stock market indices, currencies and commodities.
