Hibernia Computer Services has appointed Eoin Rigney chief technology officer. Rigney is a technology expert whose career has spanned over 15 years. He was previously head of infrastructure in Davy Stockbrokers where he was responsible for all operational infrastructure, strategic planning and associated business activities. Prior to this he was a manager of information risk with KPMG where he was a member of the KPMG steering committee on IT security and represented the company on the European Security Forum.
