3 has announced the appointment of Graeme Slattery as head of communications for Ireland. In this position, Slattery is responsible for all corporate and consumer public relations activities and will be instrumental in helping to build the 3 brand and reputation in the Irish market. Prior to joining 3, Slattery was director of brand communications for Philips Electronics, responsible for increasing brand recognition for the company throughout North America. In particular, he oversaw the marketing communications function across the company’s five divisions – consumer electronics, domestic appliances, medical systems, semiconductors and lighting, and was solely responsible for all consumer and corporate public relations and crisis communications.
