Irish Broadband has announcd the appointment of Graham Dowling as Channel Partner Manager. Graham will be responsible for managing the relationships with key Irish Broadband business partners. He joins the company from Cellular World/02 Communications Ireland, where he held the position of corporate account manager. He also has previous account management experience with Dell and Vodafone; and holds a HR degree from The National College of Ireland.
