Vodafone Ireland has appointed Jan Mottram human resources (HR) director. Mottram will take overall responsibility for the development, implementation and management of human resources strategies for Vodafone Ireland’s 1,700 employees. Mottram has more than 26 years in-depth experience in all aspects of HR management. She joins Vodafone Ireland from Vodafone New Zealand where she held the position of HR director for five years. Mottram has also held senior roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and DFC New Zealand and started her career with General Motors. Born and educated in the UK, Mottram has a science degree from Bristol University.
