John Kelly has been made director of customer technical support, EMEA for Citrix, which specialises in application delivery infrastructure. Reporting to Martin Kelly, vice-president of worldwide technical support, Kelly leads a 100-strong team that specialises in customer support, engineering, customer relationship management and programme management activities. Citrix’s EMEA Customer Technical Support operation, based in Dublin, services Citrix customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kelly has previously worked in Intel’s Corporate Quality Network Organisation and most recently was responsible for leading Intel’s EMEA Customer Quality Operation.
