Nicola de Beer has been appointed account director at FMI, Ireland’s leading field management company. Her key responsibilities will be to further grow and develop existing and new client accounts. She will be actively engaged in the operational side of the business, using her specialist skills in team training and sales management to lead her colleagues in delivering the results required by the firm’s leading blue-chip clients.
De Beer joined FMI in 2006 as senior account manager, bringing with her over 10 years experience in field management and the direct sales industry. She has worked within a broad spectrum of industries including telecommunication & utility companies. She also worked on campaigns for the hospitality and entertainment sectors in both the UK and Ireland. De Beer holds a degree in industrial psychology and a certificate in labour law.
