Oliver Lynch has been appointed sales manager with Hermes SoftLab, a European software engineering and IT services provider. Based in the Irish offices in Dublin, he will be responsible for driving business in the telecommunications and financial services sector. Prior to joining the company, Lynch worked with Adest as business development manager and as networks business developments manager for DCM. Before this he worked in management positions with GTS Ireland and Gateway. Throughout his career Lynch has been responsible for identifying, targeting and developing new business opportunities and market segments, developing and maintaining business relationships with the new client base and liaising with client services teams to define customer requirements, solution design and installation plans.
