Paul McQuaid has been appointed as head of Kainos’ Business Process Management (BPM) group based in its Dublin office. Previously manager of Tibco Ireland, McQuaid is tasked with growing Kainos’ BPM practice across all industries in the UK and Ireland. This strategic role will involve developing a local delivery capability in the Tibco product set following the recent partner agreement signed between Tibco and Kainos. An economics graduate from Queen’s University Belfast, McQuaid also holds an MBA from the University of Ulster. He has over 10 years’ experience in the IT industry, eight with Accenture as a manager in the Government Market Unit.
