In our employer insights series, Mary Loeffler, executive director of people operations at KEMP Technologies, gives us an insight into what it’s like to work at the international software company’s EMEA headquarters in Limerick.

KEMP Technologies produces application delivery controllers for major clients such as RTÉ, which uses KEMP’s LoadMaster software to deliver its digital TV services to viewers nationwide.

Loeffler claims that employees at KEMP have the opportunity to see the impact of their work in a relatively short amount of time, as well as avail of career opportunities for growth, travel and further education and training.

KEMP is currently recruiting software developers, product marketing managers, technical product managers, and staff in operations, finance, and people and culture from graduate level to more experienced professionals.

While the company welcomes “anyone that loves to live and breathe networking and infrastructure technology”, according to Loeffler, an entrepreneurial character is best suited. This can be seen in the advancement of key hires from the Limerick office, the prime example of which being CEO Ray Downes.

The Look Inside video series offers an insight into our Featured Employers and the types of roles and candidates that companies are looking for.
