When starting out as a nutritionist, Eileen Gibney was not expecting to be delving into datasets, but that’s exactly how she and her peers find out how to tailor diets for optimum health.
“We’re surrounded by data and we use it to derive all of the public health recommendations that you will see given in any country across the world,” she told us at Predict 2015, a data and predictive analytics conference held in the RDS.
