We caught up with EY’s Kathy Joyce to learn more about the company’s graduate programme, from what to include in your application to how your first day could play out.

The EY Ireland graduate programme begins in September every year and runs for either three or three and a half years. Kathy Joyce, a member of the company’s student recruitment team, told Siliconrepublic.com what graduates can expect in terms of supports, services and their first day on the job.

For those thinking of applying, Joyce also gave some advice on how to stand out. “It’s important that you understand what service line you are applying and interviewing for and the general playing field EY operates in,” she said.

“Along with this, it’s important to show who you are as a person. So, include any interests, hobbies, personal and academic achievements where appropriate.”
