At Future Human, a panel of experts discussed how emerging technologies such as VR, blockchain and NFTs are shaping the future of the web.
A panel of global experts came together at Future Human 2022 to discuss the future of the web as emerging technologies such as virtual reality and blockchain creep further into the mainstream.
A major topic of conversation was non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, which have begun to enter the worlds of gaming and art.
But as so-called Web3 technology takes flight, Time Digital president Bharat Krish advised that there is a need for greater diversity in the space.
“I think we have to be intentional when it comes to diversity and inclusion. The same instincts that we had in Web2 exist in Web3 to remediate these. Be intentional in bringing on the people with diversity and inclusion,” he said.
