Billed as the most accessible conference on predictive analytics, Siliconrepublic.com dropped in to Predict 2015 to talk about data science and decision-making.
Taking place over three days in Dublin, the inaugural Predict conference is a reflection of current trends towards data-driven business, and Ireland’s opportunity therein.
Speakers at the event include visitors from the US, such as Elder Research founder Dr John Elder, and Dr Mike Bolger, who worked as a toxicologist at the US Department of Health & Human Services for 34 years.
Ireland’s data-science pedigree is also in the spotlight at Predict, with keynotes from University College Dublin’s Dr Eileen Gibney, Trinity College Dublin’s Dr Constantin Gurdgiev, and the CEO of Aon’s Dublin-based Centre for Innovation and Analytics, Todd Curry.
Predict 2015 continues to run in the RDS, Dublin until Thursday, 17 September.
