Bitbuzz announces 10 new positions

3 Mar 2014

Bitbuzz, one of Ireland’s largest providers of public access Wi-Fi, is to create 10 sales and account positions on the back of its most successful year yet.

The company is looking to appoint five field sales executives, fill a sales support role and an account manager role, across Ireland and the UK in the first quarter of this year.

Bitbuzz also expects to fill a further three engineering roles for the second half of 2014.

The company celebrated its most successful year ever in 2013, with revenue in excess of €2m.

“On the back of last year’s success, Bitbuzz aims to further develop and expand in 2014 and as a result we are pleased to announce these new roles to support our growth plans,” said Russell McQuillan, business development director, Bitbuzz.

“These new positions are important for us to keep up with demand for our product and service.”

These new sales roles are seen as a direct reflection of the opportunity in the market for further growth and expansion in 2014.
