Bryan Steedman has been promoted to the position of professional services manager at VisionID and is charged with implementing a state-of-the-art technical support department at the VisionID head office. Steedman will also head up a special projects unit, which will work closely with key accounts and ISV’s to establish one-off technical solutions for VisionID customers. Previously, Steedman project managed the implementation of a new ERP system at VisionID. Prior to working at VisionID, Steedman managed an IT support department for an asset management company in London. He has an honours degree in mechanical engineering from Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh and comes to VisionID with a wealth of experience.
