3, Ireland’s mobile media network, has appointed Damien Gallagher head of business and new initiatives. His key focus will be developing 3’s entry into the business market and manage opportunities in wholesale mobile broadband. Gallagher has 18 years of experience in the telecoms sector and joins 3 from O2 where he was business portfolio manager. Prior to that, he worked as technical consultant manager for global telecoms company, MCI, and in the operations and IT department of National Irish Bank.
