Graham Gibson has been appointed sales director with Graham Technology (Ireland) Ltd, a leading provider of customer relationship management and business process management solutions. In his new role he will be responsible for driving business for the company’s new customer interaction management suite, ciboodle. The product recently launched on the Irish market, provides multi-channel capability for contact centres within a variety of sectors including telecommunications, financial services, utility and retail. Gibson brings 16 years of senior management experience to Graham Technology, having previously been managing director of Dublin-based eXpd8 Ltd and sales manager with the Federation Against Software Theft in the UK.
