Jean Reddan has been re-elected president of the Institute of Business Analysis and Consulting (IBAC). A senior project manager with Bank of Scotland, she will seek to increase group membership through a programme of education, networking and continuous learning. She is currently leading the strategy for online banking and telephone banking for Bank of Scotland Ireland’s Personal Current Account. Reddan was a founding director and owner of R&H Consulting Ltd, was previously project manager and consultant with Optimum Ltd and international relations manager with the Smurfit Graduate School of Business at UCD, where she also lectured part-time. She has a BA in Applied Languages, a postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies and an MBS in International Marketing.
