QMS Software has appointed Margaret O’Dwyer to the position of application support specialist with responsibility for the implementation, configuration, consultation and training for Ulysses, Track-It! and Respond. Previously, O’Dwyer worked for Acan Asgard as a support specialist and was responsible for warehouse management software, freight management and exchequer accounting software. O’Dwyer holds a BSc in business computing.
