Donegal training software company Nvolve is recruiting up to 15 people over the next 18 months as part of its plans to enter the UK market through a joint venture with Staffline Group.
The jobs will be in marketing, sales and customer service. The new joint venture will trade under the name Group Learner and will be primarily focused on training solutions for the food industry in the UK and Ireland.
Set up in 2005, Nvolve is based at Colab at the Letterkenny Institute of Technology. Its training platform has been developed to meet the specific compliance needs of the food industry in Ireland and the UK.
The main backbone of the Nvolve offering is a product called Volume Trainer, which combines courseware, such as food safety with keypad training technology, similar to what is used in ‘Ask the Audience’ on the game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire.
Staffline Group is one of the largest temporary staffing companies in the UK, with more than 200 offices nationwide and more than 20,000 staff working at client locations.
Nvolve will recruit staff over the next two years, with more than seven of them being employed before the end of 2011.
