Harry Moran from Cork who last year at the age of 12 became the world’s youngest Mac app developer and pipped Angry Birds in the charts, will demo the forthcoming Easter update to his PizzaBot Season(ings) on the Late Late Show tomorrow night.
"The new update will include a little Easter Egg Hunt game where in the backgrounds there will be 10 hidden eggs and you can see if you can spot them," Harry told Siliconrepublic.com last night.
He was contacted by the Late Late Show and invited onto the show to demo the update. The update will be free to all of those who have already bought the game on the Mac and iOS App Stores.
The update is due to go live a week before Easter.
The CoderDojo movement is going from strength to strength and on any given Saturday in Ireland, and more recently in London and San Francisco, between 800 and 1,000 kids are teaching each others how to code.
Moran plans to add a number of seasons (or seasonings) to subsequent versions of his game, which will arrive soon on the Mac, the iOS and Android platforms.
When his game debuted on the Mac App Store in November, it shot past established games like Angry Birds and Call of Duty in the Mac App charts.
