Why having a diverse sales team is good for your company (infographic)

10 Feb 2016

Diversity within companies, particularly in STEM areas, is something that is very important to us at Siliconrepublic.com.

Diversity is an area we write about regularly, our Women Invent series aims to champion the role of women in STEM, and diversity is one of the main themes of Silicon Republic’s international sci-tech event, Inspirefest.

So, it was not a huge surprise for us to read today that companies with more women in C-level positions tend to have higher profits.

The tech sector is still struggling with a lack of diversity, though companies like Intel and Slack, and many others, are pushing to make progress.

And why wouldn’t they, when it’s shown that diversity is good for the bottom line?

The below infographic, compiled by DocSend, outlines how having women on your sales team can improve its performance and help grow your company.
