3, Ireland’s mobile media network, has appointed Mark Redmond head of human resources. His remit will include doubling 3’s existing workforce in Ireland, as well as directing all HR-related functions. Redmond brings with him over 10 years of HR experience and joins 3 from PayPal Europe in Dublin where he was HR manager. Prior to PayPal, he worked for AO Smith, heading up its HR function across Europe. Redmond has an MBS from the UCD Smurfit School of Business, a BA (Hons) in Psychology from UCD as well as certificates in employment law and health and safety management from UCD.
