Mark Tracey has recently being appointed as solution architect for Datapoint in Ireland. His primary responsibility is solution design of the Avaya product portfolio. Tracey has 16 years experience in the ICT industry, working for a number of multinational organisations including HP and BT. During the past five years, Tracey’s predominant role has been in the solution design, project management and implementation of contact centre services. In addition to a number of professional accreditations, Tracey holds a BSc in computer science and a MSc in the management of information systems from Trinity College Dublin.
