Webtrade, a web development and content management firm, has made Michelle Gerety financial controller, responsible for its financial activities. She will also assist the management team in developing commercial and strategic areas of the business. Gerety joins from Thomson Round Hall, where she was financial controller and customer services manager for two years. Prior to this, she worked with the Quinn Group for seven years in various senior roles, including project accountant, group systems accountant and group financial controller. She also spent three years with chartered accounting and consultancy firm, Mazars. Gerety holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
