Dublin-based Exaxe, a supplier of software and services to the life and pensions industry, has made Paul Shorte its new associate director business development. He joins Exaxe from Fineos, where he spent the last 10 years in a number of senior pre-sales and sales roles. Most recently, Shorte held the position of business development manager with responsibility for Ireland and the Netherlands.
