Online customer relationship management (CRM) provider salesforce.com, has appointed Liam McMahon as vice-president (VP) of services, EMEA. McMahon spent 15 years with Oracle in the US, most recently as senior director of customer initiatives. In his new role at salesforce.com, which operates its EMEA headquarters in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, he will be responsible for a major recruitment drive involving the hiring of up to 20 new CRM consultants as part of an expansion of the company’s operations in Europe.
