Trilogy Technologies has announced the launch of the company’s new managed services portal, edge/point.
Offering a highly functional "window into an infrastructure" portal, edge/point provides real-time visibility of a client’s entire IT infrastructure – including incident management, technical support, detailed reporting and problem management – via a standard web browser, according to the company.
