Toshiba Japan unveiled the Regza Tablet AT300, which will run on Android 3.0 Honeycomb and will have a Tegra 2 1GHz CPU.

According to Crunch Gear, the device will have a 10.1-inch LCD display which will adapt to sunlight. It will weigh 765 grams and will have 1GB of RAM.

It will have a 5MP camera at the back and a 2-megapixel camera at the front.

The Toshiba Regza tablet will include HDMI, SD, miniUSB and USB ports and will have a battery life of seven hours.

It will also have a REGZA Apps Connect function, where it will integrate with other Regza devices, such as laptops, phones, TVs and Blu-ray players, presumably to share apps functionality and content.

Currently, there’s only a Japanese release date for the Toshiba Regza AT300, which will be out in June for 60,000 yen (about €500.)
