KLM’s lost and found goes to the dogs – Gigglebit

9 May 2015

There is nothing worse than losing treasured items like that book you were reading, or your phone, or your child’s teddy bear in an airport. KLM has come up with a novel solution.

Don’t worry we have a pugnacious pup on the job.

In this viral video, Dutch airline KLM has employed a dog to pick up items left on airplanes and bring them back to their owners.

No doubt the power of smell is really helpful here and maybe it is something other airlines can adopt?

Well, maybe not, but at least it engineered a viral hit for KLM’s social media team.

So well done KLM!
