When we asked Creme Global head of software Brian O’Mullane which sector he believes is set to be most disrupted by data science, he turned the question right on its head.
“I’m going to say data science itself,” O’Mullane boldly claimed.
O’Mullane said he believes the tools for analysis of data need improvement, and also need to be more accessible.
“I think by making better tools available to everybody, we can potentially disrupt data science itself and let other people beyond data scientists work with this data,” he said. This feeds into the work being done by O’Mullane and his team on Expert Models, a platform intended to democratise development in data science.
