At Career Zoo’s 2016 spring event, we sat down with Mary Howick, VP of human resources at Pramerica, the Irish subsidiary of Prudential Financial.
Howick talked to us about how the end of the ‘job for life’ mentality doesn’t necessarily mean that companies like Pramerica have to lose staff members. She also spoke about diversity and inclusion, and growing the tech pipeline in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
