EY’s Helene Dingreville discusses the importance of gender diversity in the tech sector and how the industry could be made more inclusive.

Helene Dingreville, head of decision sciences and operational research at EY, recently spoke to us about balancing family life with her technology career, both of which are important to her.

She believes that showcasing women who have found success in their STEM careers but still maintain a good work-life balance is a crucial step towards making the field more inclusive and getting more women into tech.

“Women are important to the tech industry because we represent half of the population, and technology serves the full population,” she added. “It’s important to make sure we have that balance.”
